Weorclip poggia su una manciata di componenti open source. Ognuno è usato con la propria licenza; questa pagina raccoglie da dove viene ciascuno e a cosa è vincolato.

L’installer non porta con sé questi strumenti; la macchina dell’utente li prende direttamente dall’editore. Weorclip non li distribuisce.

Perché FFmpeg sta a parte. La build di FFmpeg usata è sotto GPL. Poiché Weorclip non include FFmpeg — richiama la copia installata dall’utente, come processo separato, da riga di comando — l’obbligo GPL non arriva al codice di Weorclip. Questa separazione è mantenuta di proposito.

TranslateGemma non è open source. I pesi della famiglia Gemma sono distribuiti secondo i Gemma Terms of Use di Google e una Prohibited Use Policy: non MIT né Apache. Il modello scende solo se lo chiedi e Weorclip non lo ridistribuisce mai, ma le condizioni vincolano comunque te.
Motore vocale — lettura ad alta voce e doppiaggio
Anche questo motore è opzionale: si installa solo se lo scegli o la prima volta che usi la lettura ad alta voce o il doppiaggio. Ogni file è fissato per revisione, dimensione e SHA-256, e Weorclip non ne ridistribuisce nessuno.

I video doppiati sono contrassegnati. Un video doppiato porta nei metadati una nota che dice che l’audio è stato doppiato con l’IA, insieme al tag di lingua della traccia audio. La scheda del modello VoxCPM2 vieta di spacciarsi per altre persone e le frodi, quindi Weorclip offre solo voci progettate e non clona mai la voce di nessuno.
Motore di inseguimento oggetti — Super Edit
Il codice sorgente di SAM 2 arriva con il programma (Apache-2.0, senza modifiche). Il modello e alcuni piccoli pacchetti di supporto si scaricano in versioni fisse la prima volta che avvii l’inseguimento degli oggetti, e Weorclip non li ridistribuisce. Il motore condivide l’ambiente Python del motore vocale, quindi la base di IA non viene mai scaricata due volte.

Gemini, OpenAI e Anthropic entrano in gioco solo quando inserisci la tua chiave e avvii la funzione. Weorclip non ha un server proprio.
