WHO MAKES IT

One person writes Weorclip

There is no company behind it, no investor, no team. From the download engine to the Super Edit timeline, from the Design Studio to the 685-page manual, I wrote every line myself. What you should know is gathered on this page.

Weorclip is still in beta — it is being actively developed. You may run into bugs; every problem you report goes into the next release.

What I wrote on my own

If you are wondering about the scope, here is the list — all of it inside the same app, all of it from the same hand:

Why it is free and watermark-free

There are two reasons. The first is practical: app stores do not accept programs that download video, so this is the only way to distribute it anyway. The second is a choice: most programs of this kind stamp your output and then charge you to remove the stamp, or squeeze software you never asked for into the installer. I did not want to do either.

Instead, on the downloading, editing and export side the app stays complete and free . If there is ever a paid version, it will not take away anything that is free today — it will add new things on top.

And if you stop one day?

You are right to ask; on a one-person project it is the most reasonable question. The answer: Weorclip is not a cloud service. Downloading, editing and rendering all run on your own computer; there is no server to shut down, no subscription to expire, no account to lock. If I disappeared tomorrow, the copy you installed today would keep working — and your projects and videos are already on your own disk.

I am writing this not as a promise but as a consequence of the architecture: I built the app this way from the start.

How to reach me

When you find a bug or want to ask for something, Discord is the fastest way. You can write to my personal accounts, but I see those messages late; the two channels below come straight to me.

Verify me

You are installing a program written by someone you do not know — it is only fair that you can check who I am. These are my accounts:
