By downloading and using Weorclip you accept what follows. There is no long contract; this is everything that needs saying.
Weorclip is a tool
Weorclip is a program that runs on your own computer. It is not a content service: it hosts nothing, distributes nothing, and grants no right of access to any content. What it does is your decision, not the tool’s.
What you download is your responsibility
The copyright in anything you download belongs to its owner. Using it only in ways you are entitled to — getting permission, staying inside fair use, not republishing — is on you. Weorclip grants you no right and transfers none.
The site’s own rules apply too
Downloading from a platform is subject to that platform’s terms of service. Some sites forbid downloading outright. Reading those terms and abiding by them is up to you.
Free, without warranty
Weorclip is free and provided as is. No warranty is given for fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from defects. The program is in beta: a feature may not behave the way you expect.
Liability
To the extent the applicable law allows, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of Weorclip — lost data, lost profit, interrupted work. Keeping a backup of work that matters is a good habit.
AI providers
Generative features work only once you enter your own key. From that point the provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply as well. Weorclip operates no server of its own.
Third-party components
Weorclip uses a handful of open-source components, each under its own licence. Details on the Licences page.

As the program grows this page may be updated. Changes are not retroactive; what applies is the text on this page at the time.
