Weorclip を支えるオープンソース
Weorclip はいくつかのオープンソース部品の上に立っています。どれもそれぞれのライセンスで使われています。このページは、どれがどこから来て、何に縛られているのかを1か所にまとめたものです。

インストール時に落ちてくるもの — 同梱しません
インストーラーはこれらの道具を持っていません。利用者のパソコンが発行元から直接受け取ります。Weorclip はそれらを配布しません.

FFmpeg を別に書いている理由。 使っている FFmpeg のビルドは GPL です。Weorclip は FFmpeg を同梱せず、利用者が自分で入れたものを別プロセスとしてコマンドラインから呼ぶだけなので、GPL の義務は Weorclip 自身のソースまでは届きません。この切り分けは意図して守っています。
任意の部品 — 頼んだときだけ
字幕、音声のクリーンアップ、話者の分離、翻訳などを使うときに落ちてくるモデルと道具です。

TranslateGemma はオープンソースではありません。 Gemma 系の重みは Google の Gemma Terms of Use と Prohibited Use Policy のもとで配られています。MIT でも Apache でもありません。モデルは頼んだときだけ落ち、Weorclip が配ることはありませんが、条件は利用者を縛ります。
音声エンジン — 読み上げと吹き替え
このエンジンも任意です。自分で選んだときか、読み上げや吹き替えを初めて使ったときにだけ入ります。どのファイルもリビジョン、サイズ、SHA-256 で固定されていて、Weorclip がそれを配ることはありません。

吹き替えた動画には印が付きます。 吹き替えた動画のメタデータには、音声が AI で吹き替えられたことを示す注記と、音声トラックの言語タグが書き込まれます。VoxCPM2 のモデルカードは、なりすましや詐欺への利用を禁止しています。そのため Weorclip は作られた声だけを用意し、ほかの人の声を複製することはありません。
外部のサービス
Gemini、OpenAI、Anthropic は、自分の鍵を入れてその機能を動かしたときだけ出番があります。Weorclip 自身のサーバーはありません。
